- Score = 70% delivery speed + 30% project count (each capped at 100). Final = round(speed×0.7 + count×0.3).
- Pass mark = ≥ 50 pts by the ranking end date. Anyone below is at risk of contract termination.
- Position = change vs. previous ranking (▲ up / ▼ down / — same / NEW). Tied scores are broken by:
- Setup time = hours from setup instructions → "setup done" message.
- Delivery = hours from project info → first MVP delivered (avg of all delivered MVPs when more than one).
- Milestones = demos + MVPs delivered.
